Isn't it amazing how quickly the little ones learn this stuff. My 8 and nearly 10 yr old grandkids can do stuff on a computer that I don't even know about.....and don't even mention the Direct TV remote. He looks so cute and like he knows exactly what he is doing.
He is SO cute! My kids don't really get into technology or electronic stuff (except for taking pics with my old cell phone). Maybe I should start exposing them to computers? I actually didn't think at their age they would be capable of using these things. Now, I have to rethink it, LOL...
LOVED this picture! And yes, surprisingly at 3 or so, they do need to be exposed to the computer since it will be a major part of their lives - I look at the homework my son has to accomplish and think there would be no way without one.
If you think about it and realize that they have never known a world without keyboards and cellphones, how different it must seem to them! He's a cutie, no doubt.
Years ago when I got my first computer my kids took to it like a duck on water, me I was afraid to touch anything for fear of screwing something up...lol
Hahaha. I sometimes ask my younger cousins to teach me a few tricks on the computer. I think skill in technology is generally inversely proportional to age.
love your new blog header picture, Gayle! looks like it is on some tyope of caboose?
too cute with your grandson and the computer! give him time, he'll learn how to fix errors and program things, etc. Makes you wonder what the next 10-15 years holds in store with where technology will go
My two nieces are 4 and 7 and surf the net all the time, even more than my 17 yr old. It seems crazy, but I guess it needs to be second nature for their futures.
Isn't it amazing Kids learn so much so fast these days. Before you know it, he'll be showing you how to do stuff on the computer.... and that's kinda cool.
My grandkids are computer whiz kids! Of course, their parents are in the business and they are exposed to them all the time. They have NO FEAR of technology.

This reminds me of when I got my first computer 10 years ago. My 9 year old daughter at the time stood next to me and showed me what to do. LOL

They don't waste any time on being afraid of it, they just plunge right in, don't they? So cute!
Everytime I see a picture of you and your grandson, I am so amazed at how much he looks like you! Is it just me, or does everyone else see it too. :)
And yes, he'll surpass you soon with his computer skills. :)

At 4 years old, he will be able to re-program your computer and design his own web site!

btw I love the new pic on top of your blog......he is growing so fast.
Isn't is amazing how natural it comes to them - scarey really.
you are too nice! i don't let my kids near my laptop most of the time, LOL!
Kids are now learning to type before they can write. It is amazing.
And if you have any suggestions on how to get more Avon customers without becoming the person people run from when they see me coming, please share.
They grow up so fast!
Great new header picture. Young people today take to the computer easily and are more comfortable with it than I was at first.
Isn't it amazing how quickly these little people pick this stuff up? Almost like the "hundredth monkey" syndrome.
You'll soon have your own techno-support!
Hahahahaah! I bet he is better on the computer than me!
Have a pretty day!
Kristin
Good! Can he come help me get some stuff done?
Having a CTRL ALT Delete meltdown!

Isn't it amazing what they can do. And younger and younger. Soon kids will pop out with an iPhone in their hands.
