2010

I have been thinking some about resolutions but not extensively. Time ....that's my problem ...I don't have the time...to do anything let alone think of resolutions. So I thought I better record the two I did come up with before the years over. Which by the way will happen in a blink of an eye. My Motto is going to be Do It Again in 2010. I resolve to diet every year...eat healthy! So this year is not going to be any different. Again my next resolution is to exercise more. I make this one every year too. They say if first you don't succeed try try again. So I am going to eat healthy and work out more for 2010. I could go on and on about other things I need to work on or change but I'm not. I am hoping that with only 2 I can be successful!! If successful, I know from past experience ....I will feel better physically and mentally!!! Plus I have some pretty cute clothes in my closet just waiting to be worn!!

I guess it is just a matter of how important it is to you. Sometimes pizza is more important to me than the treadmill! LOL

I'm making the same resolutions, but there's still some baking and candy left...

AT first you don't succeed! So true. I had resolutions but then I got back from holiday and the laundry got in the way. Maybe in February. xoxo

There is a group of us on here that are changing the way that we eat in the "Lose it Bitch" weight loss challenge (gotta love the title lol) This has been a great motivator for me and I am actually sticking to my diet.
Good luck!

Good Luck! Find something fun for exercise and don't get discouraged if you have a bad day.

I went to the store and stocked up on veggies a few days ago. I'm eating soups and salads every day.
And, I'm loving it!

The mind is a very powerful thing. Half the battle is just making your mind up. Once that is done, the rest is easy. Best of luck!

My resolutions were to eat more, get fatter and drink as much as I can...Hoping that I keep these resolutions as long as last years ones! Good luck with yours :0)

I remember these same resolutions from 2008, 2007, 2006…

Notice I didn't say 2009. That's because last year I made no resolutions and successfully and sensibly lost 25 pounds this past year. Once I stopped stressing over it and decided I didn't have to do it in a month, I started loosing. Gradually, I know, but haven't put back on one single pound. Going to do the same thing this year and I'll be good to go.

I have one word for you about your computer problems on New Year's Day — Mac.

Thanks for visiting my blog, it let me to you and honey, I like your attitude! lol

I recommend reading Perricone's diet book. Changed my life and I read it like 8 years ago.

Fitting in to the cute clothes is the greatest incentive! I've been on the poverty-and-stress diet for the past year and found it highly effective. ;)

BTW, I love your template with the cute buttons.
