We Knew This Day Would Come

When we built our home in 1987 we knew this day would come.  The question was when.  We made it 23 years but unfortunately that day is here.  Earlier this year our trees were destroyed to move power lines. But not until they started the bridge did we fully realize the destruction.  Our peaceful country lifestyle is no more.  The interstate will soon be here and it's here forever.
