Fun at the NC Museums

We are always trying to find new and fun things to do with our grandson.  Back in June we took him to the NC Museum of Life and Science and the History Museum.  It was educational as well as a fun way to spend the day with Bryson!

Definitely looks like he was having fun, and of course learning at the same time. What a great way to spend time with him!

Gayle, this post just took me back! I remember when mine was small and we'd take him to the Science Center, he LOVED it!

I'm so glad you all had a great time!

Back in Indiana, we loved to take the grandkids to the fossil beds. Of course I loved to go back without them so I could gaze in wonder instead of having to say "DON'T JUMP ON THE FOSSILS!!!"

Aren't grandkids wonderful? They inspire us to do things and go places we might not have otherwise done.

I was always looking for hands on museums for my boys, whenever we were traveling anywhere. Now in their 20's they still love museums and anything educational/historical. Nice!

How lucky your grandson is to have you taking him to wonderful places like this. He will hold the memories forever!! :D

I love museums!! My grandson and I spent an entire day in the Spy Museum and the Museum of Crime in Washington DC last summer. I am not sure which one of us enjoyed it more.
Making memories with our Grands is such a wonderful thing to do. Both for them and for us.

Looks like a great place to explore! Museums, especially ones where kids can interact with things, are the best!!
