HI, never saw such a cow, but they do look like oreo cookies, now I am hungry again. lol hope you are well Gayle.
We don't see these cows in India. Our cows usually have big horns ... These look small and cute
Yes, they are cute. I have seen them here once or twice.
Very cute cows and they come with their own milk...lolI had to do a search to see if I could find out what they are called. They are Belted Galloway Cows. The one website said that they are a rare breed of Scottish beef cattle that was introduced to the United State back in the 50's.
i like oreos...smiles. yes indeed they are cute, my boys would love them..
I've never seen such a thing, ever! I sure like those!
Very interesting looking cows, and what a fun outing. I think oreo cows is the perfect name. Thanks to Ann for finding out their real name.
Wow, I've never see cows like that, and love the nickname of Oreo Cows. I give them a 4-Moo rating :)
I don't care what the technical name of these cows is. From now on, in my mind, the name will always be Oreo Cows. I want to send a copy of these pictures to my granddaughter. She would get a kick out of them.
Belted Galloways -- we used to have a small herd -- darling looking creatures, especially the calves. But we found that they were prone to break through our fences and go a-wandering. We now have a different breed -- Beef Devons -- that seem conent to stay home.
Wow... I thought I'd seen every kind of cow there is to see. They're very furry too. hm. :)
those cows are adorable! my daughter loves cows.
The pictures remind me of a recent visit to an Amish farm in Lancaster County, PA. I got an up close look at several cows in their stalls, the milk in the huge vat, mules, sheep, etc. Like a child, I was very fascinated!I don't know what those cows are called in your pictures, but one of my neighbor's dog has that same curly haired spotted black and white look, and is named...you guessed it, Oreo. That was a fun outing for you, I'm sure.
I see those all the time on my route. Yes, they are called-Oreo Cows!Got Milk?

How cool is that? I've never seen cows like these before. Think they go well with milk?
Cows in Illinois don't look anything like those. I would like to know though. They are neat looking.

Cool looking cows. Congrats on your weight loss. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope you come by tomorrow for "Mia Monday".

I have never seen cows like that, though I like the comparison to Oreo cookies. I'd be inclined to call them Oreo cookie cows.Cheers,Robyn

I <3 cows almost as much as chickens!
