I don't even know where to start my mind is such a jumbled mess!! Nothing is done around here. My tree and decorations are still up. Laundry is piling up. Some Christmas food is still in the fridge and what isn't...then I have eaten. Bills are not paid . I haven't called my friends and family that I wanted to over the holidays and this is really bothering me. I am behind on commenting on face book, blogs and emails. My house is not clean. I have Not made one single list in Three Days...yes, I am telling the truth. I still haven't made my 2010 Calendars or photo books. I am behind, behind.
But..........I have had a wonderful, awesome time with my Grandson Bryson for the past three days. I have Loved every minute of it...so all the I haven'ts are so worth it!! I have taken two ....naps this week (something I never do) snuggled up against a three year old is heaven!!! We have played with Lincoln Logs, Cars, Read Books and Talked and Talked. We went out to eat, to Target and to the Marbles Museum. All the things that I have done with Bryson more than make up for the things I haven't done. Tomorrow I do have to get some things done!!

My husband copes well being married to a recovering OCD-chick. He just tells me, "It'll still be there tomorrow!" Which, is funny, since he's admitting he won't do anything, himself! lol

Gayle, what fun to look over all the celebrations you have done this month. You've had quite a time and invested your time in the things that matter, other people!!! That is what it's all about. The Lord wants us to invest time in people. Not only having fun and talking, but sharing how Jesus has changed us and how we are growing in Him day by day. I find the challenge for me is not to get too much into "things" and more into how I spend time relating to others. I was pleased with the energy I was given to enjoy some special times with family this month. I even went shopping the day after Christmas with Donna like we always do. It is such a fun time of sharing and seeing what is left for us to find. I'm always amazed at what we do find and how it helps get me jump started for the next year. I'm a treasure seeker and look for stuff no matter where I am. You ought to try it if you haven't. You'd be amazed at how much you can accumulate over the year if you have it in your head what people like and are always on the lookout no matter where or when. We hope you all have a Happy New Year.
